- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.

- To initiate a return, please email us at frocksforbaby@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. if executive find valid reason only in that case we initiate further return process.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
